These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SEEmless mobile application and services (“App” or “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Services. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

2. Account Security

Keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if your account is compromised. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior, upload inappropriate, obscene, or offensive content, use the Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes, impersonate any person or entity, or interfere with the normal functioning of the app.

4. Matching & Interactions

SEEmless provides potential matches but does not guarantee success. Users interact at their own risk. SEEmless is not responsible for any offline interactions or agreements between users.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content (photos, bio, posts). By uploading content, you grant SEEmless a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content in the app.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features may include premium memberships or in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Refunds are only issued as required by law or at our discretion.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal or fraudulent activity, or any activity that may harm other users or our services.

8. Safety & Disclaimer

SEEmless does not perform background checks on users. We advise meeting in public places and exercising caution. We are not liable for any incidents occurring offline between users.

9. Limitation of Liability

SEEmless, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data or revenue, or service interruptions or technical failures.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and app content are owned by SEEmless. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify app content without written permission.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States Of America
