Effective Date: 30-04-2026This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the SoSEEmless mobile application and services (“Services”). By downloading, accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. This Agreement is between you and SoSEEmless LLC, not Apple Inc.
1. Eligibility and Account Security
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. SoSEEmless is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access.
2. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten or abuse others; upload inappropriate, obscene or offensive content; or use the Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
Impersonate any person or entity or interfere with the normal functioning of the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or harm the community.
3. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of the content (photos, bios, posts) you upload. By posting content, you grant SoSEEmless a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and promote that content within the app. You represent that you have the right to share this content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
4. Encounters & Interactions
SoSEEmless facilitates introductions with people you cross paths with but does not guarantee matches or success. Users interact at their own risk. SoSEEmless is not responsible for offline interactions or agreements between users.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
SoSEEmless offers premium features via in-app purchases. Paid subscriptions provide enhanced functionality such as unlimited encounters, extended history and full access to messaging. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, as required under Apple’s Schedule 2.

Free Trial: SoSEEmless may offer a one-time 90-day free trial. At the end of the free trial, your Apple ID account will be charged for the selected plan. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase.
Billing and Auto-Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged the renewal price within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Price Changes: We may modify subscription pricing or introduce new plans. If we do, we will notify you in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription except where required by law. Apple handles all billing and refund requests; SoSEEmless does not process credit-card information.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, or any behavior that harms other users or SoSEEmless. You may delete your account at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay accrued fees.
7. Safety & Disclaimers
SoSEEmless does not perform background checks and does not guarantee the identity or intentions of users. Exercise caution when meeting others. SoSEEmless is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the app, including personal injuries, missed connections or emotional distress.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoSEEmless and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or revenue, service interruptions or technical failures.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos and app content (except user content) are owned by SoSEEmless. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify our materials without written permission.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the U.S. for any disputes arising from these Terms.
