• a. Personal Information When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth (to verify eligibility), profile photo and bio. If you purchase a subscription, Apple collects your payment information; SoSEEmless receives only transaction identifiers and subscription status and does not store full credit-card numbers.
• b. Usage Data We collect device type, operating system, app version, IP address, geolocation (if enabled) and interaction logs (features used, encounter history) for analytics and to improve the Services.
• c. Sensitive Personal Information We may collect preferences, interests and lifestyle data that could reveal sensitive characteristics (e.g., religious or cultural interests) but only with your explicit consent. You can disable this collection in app settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: Create and manage your account and provide personalized encounters and notifications.

Deliver subscription services, including verifying entitlement and renewal status.

Improve and personalize the app’s features and user experience.

Detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse, security threats or violations of our Terms.

3. Location Information

If you enable location services, we use your device’s location to identify nearby encounters and display local suggestions. You can disable location access at any time via your device settings.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

• a. With other users: Only the profile information you choose to display is visible to others.

SoSEEmless is intended only for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Accounts found to be underage will be deleted. We take abuse seriously; reports of harassment, exploitation or illegal activity can be submitted via the app’s reporting feature or by emailing info@soseemless.com.

We implement technical, administrative and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
